Feelings of overwhelm, burn out, grief and isolation are common emotions for those juggling personal, work and caregiving responsibilities. Depression, fear, isolation, grief and anxiety are some of the uncomfortable emotions that we can experience that get amplified when caregiving while navigating big changes in our lives. Whether it be at home, in relationship, in your family, or at work, psychotherapy can offer a compassionate space and pathway to help you navigate life transitions as someone caring for others, with support and care, building skills, strategies, practices and support systems along the way. Sessions can be offered online or onland (in person).
Gathering in online groups can be beneficial in helping us not feel so alone with our challenges. It offers the opportunity to learn alongside others in all stages of life and relationship.

I am grateful to call Tkaranto (also, known as Toronto, Ontario, Canada) home. I am a white settler learning and changing how I live and work in order to more fully honour the “Dish With One Spoon” wampum inter-nation peace agreement, meant to protect these lands, waters and the living beings here. I am committed to the learning and unlearning required to more fully embody an anti-oppressive and decolonized practice and to contribute to creating welcoming, inclusive, respectful spaces that honour and celebrate diverse voices, bodies and ways of living, loving, knowing and being.
I invite other settlers to click this link to be inspired by Mo Thunder's invitation to pause and process your own relationship with the land you live on through creating a Land Back > Land Acknowledgement reflection of your own
