Through psychotherapy, art therapy and group therapy- I offer three pathways for supporting personal and interpersonal exploration and well-being across the lifespan– for caregivers & individuals. In our work together, we will draw on compassion-based mindfulness, embodied, creative and reflective practices. Online & onland (in person) services offered.
My focus is to hold a warm and affirming space to help you (individuals & caregivers) to connect with yourself, tap into your creativity and resilience so you may discover new perspectives and possibilities that will help you and your loved ones flourish!
